Key Responsibilities
  • Lead high-value acquisition, negotiation, retention, and expansion for enterprise accounts.

  • Develop and execute quarterly account plans to align client needs with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with Scientific Experts to deliver tailored presentations and product demos.
  • Oversee all stages of the sales process, from prospecting to contract execution.
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM data and ensure best practices across the team.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 5+ years in SaaS or pharma sales, with a focus on enterprise accounts.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, and GSuite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in negotiating high-value deals.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to solving complex challenges.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Experience mentoring and guiding team members for professional development.
