Key Responsibilities
  • Handle high-volume inbound inquiries to generate leads.
  • Follow up on missed calls and after-hours inquiries.
  • Contact prospects via text, email, and phone.
  • Schedule appointments for Real Estate Consultants.
  • Audit leads for timely follow-up.
  • Assist Real Estate Consultants with sales support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2+ years in a high-volume inbound/outbound call environment.
  • Experience with lead qualification.
  • Experience with consumers/homeowners (preferred).
  • Experience in real estate (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
  • Strong communication and time-management skills.
