The Program Manager for Revenue Enablement will play a crucial role in supporting the success of revenue teams through effective leadership and enablement strategies. This position involves developing, owning, and maintaining sales playbooks for go-to-market (GTM) and enterprise deals, leveraging tools such as Gong, Salesforce, and Salesloft to enhance enablement and insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks for GTM and enterprise deals.
  • Leverage Gong, Salesforce, and Salesloft to scale enablement efforts and provide actionable insights.
  • Act as a liaison between revenue, sales operations, marketing, and product teams.
  • Administer and optimize Learning Management System (LMS) using WorkRamp.
  • Create onboarding programs to accelerate the productivity of new hires.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 6+ years of sales experience with a focus on enablement and quota-carrying roles.
  • Strong understanding of account management and CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce and Salesloft.
  • Experience with Gong and similar enablement tools.
  • Hands-on experience with LMS (WorkRamp) including libraries and learning paths.
  • Proven ability to write and maintain sales playbooks for mid-market and enterprise sectors.
