As an Enterprise Account Executive focused on the East region, you will be responsible for breaking into and building relationships with enterprise accounts to create demand and drive new revenue. You will uncover new use cases for Search, Security, and Observability to address key business needs, while managing the sales cycle and closing complex transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities and manage the sales cycle to achieve revenue targets for New Business SaaS and Professional Services.
  • Build a robust pipeline and long-term plan through community engagement, customers, and partners to grow Elastic.
  • Collaborate across various Elastic functions to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain forecasting accuracy using SFDC.
  • Leverage your experience in selling into Enterprise Search, Logging, Security, APM, and Cloud ecosystems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven track record of selling SaaS and services to net-new complex accounts with quota overachievement.
  • Ability to build relationships with IT and LOB executives.
  • Experience in Open Source GTM and OSS ecosystem selling.
  • Previous experience selling into Enterprise accounts in the East territory.
  • Strong understanding of competitive pay and employee benefits, including health coverage and parental leave.
