As a Member Support Representative, you will interact empathetically and patiently with members, providing support through live inbound calls. Your role is crucial in ensuring that member interactions are documented accurately, and ongoing resolutions are tracked for seamless follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with members through live calls, documenting interactions and resolutions.
  • Ensure member records are accurate and complete.
  • Use internal tools to verify eligibility and communicate benefits clearly.
  • Field questions regarding telenutrition and match members with the appropriate dietitian.
  • Assist members with troubleshooting platform and account issues, providing basic technology support.
  • Collaborate with internal groups and external partners regarding food delivery and grocery ordering questions.
  • Maintain high accountability when handling sensitive information.
  • Work with peers and leaders to find solutions to complex problems.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Reliable high-speed internet access (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload).
  • Experience in a support role, either in person or on live calls.
  • Ability to communicate complex information concisely in writing.
  • Familiarity with sensitive information handling, including PII and PHI, and basic HIPAA understanding.
  • A private, secure, and quiet workspace.
  • Flexible availability preferred, particularly from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM PST.
