We are looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our Member Care team. In this role, you will handle inbound calls and chat inquiries from our members regarding Sidecar Health’s products and services, ensuring a positive and timely customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls and chat inquiries from members.
  • Provide excellent customer service in a timely and positive manner.
  • Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with members.
  • Address issues and complaints effectively.
  • Maintain company policies and standard operating procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare or insurance preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented problem solver with a creative approach.
  • Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
  • Empathetic and people-first communicator.
  • Available for shifts from 7 AM - 11 AM or 3 PM - 7 PM CST, Monday to Friday.
  • Ability to thrive in a startup environment.
  • Passionate about providing a memorable member experience.
