As a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing data from multiple sources to provide insightful recommendations and effectively guide customer behavior. You will be responsible for understanding customer objectives and responding to their needs, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze data to make recommendations and guide customer behavior.
  • Understand and respond to customer needs effectively.
  • Deeply understand your book of business and know your customers and their goals.
  • Anticipate and resolve risks while aligning on success criteria.
  • Engage stakeholders as a trusted advisor towards a shared vision.
  • Apply best practices from other customers for consulting purposes.
  • Tailor communications based on customer data to position strategy and ROI.
  • Champion the development of Customer Success Plans and ensure alignment with clients.
  • Connect with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Partner with Account Executives for renewals and expansion strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 10 years of experience in CSM, Account Management, or similar roles in SaaS.
  • Knowledge of Sales Engagement or Marketing Automation Software and CRM integration.
  • Strong strategic and critical thinking skills.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities and data synthesis skills.
  • Strong initiative and self-starter attitude.
  • Effective active listening and strong communication abilities.
  • High emotional intelligence and empathy.
  • Ability to build effective relationships and influence without direct authority.
  • Domain knowledge in sales processes or go-to-market strategies.
