We are a dynamic U.S.-based technology company seeking three fluent English and Korean speakers to assist with a critical data entry project. The role involves verifying Insurance documents, as COI, and professional licenses by contacting the relevant issuing authorities via phone or email to ensure the legitimacy and validity of the credentials. Candidates must be detail-oriented and possess strong communication skills. Knowledge of business insurance is a plus. The process will generally include: 1) Visual inspection of the submitted documents. 2) Translation of relevant information. 3) Contacting the issuing authority at least three times for each document. 4) Verification of the status and expiration date of the submitted credentials. We offer a part time contract with flexible hours. Familiarity with Zendesk is a plus but not mandatory.
