Job Overview
  • Lead the development and execution of internal marketing and communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and drive organizational initiatives.
  • Enhance employee engagement and promote a unified company culture through targeted campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement internal communication plans and campaigns.
  • Create compelling content for internal newsletters, announcements, and updates.
  • Partner with leadership to communicate company vision, goals, and updates.
  • Measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure messaging consistency across all internal channels.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in internal communications or marketing roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Experience working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams.
