AgencyAnalytics is seeking a remote Manager, Customer Support Enablement to lead and enhance our support operations. As part of our team, you will empower customer support representatives, drive process improvements, and ensure exceptional service delivery for marketing agencies using our all-in-one client reporting tool. This full-time position is open to candidates across Canada.

Job Overview
  • Lead the enablement of customer support teams to deliver outstanding service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize support processes.
  • Develop and implement training programs for support staff.
  • Analyze support metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Champion best practices in client communication and technical troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver effective onboarding and ongoing training for support agents.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback.
  • Implement tools and resources to streamline support workflows.
  • Gather and act on customer feedback to enhance support quality.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality responses across all client interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in customer support enablement or team management.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and client reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Data-driven approach to process improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
