The IT Support Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for all hardware, software, and network issues within the organization. This role is crucial in providing timely support and provisioning new-hire IT resources, including hardware, applications, and SaaS products, while ensuring compliance with security protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for resolving hardware/software/network issues.
  • Provision new-hire IT resources, hardware, applications, and SaaS.
  • Enforce security measures, including access control and device security.
  • Support IT security inquiries and evaluate new systems for efficiency and security.
  • Update the IT wiki with documentation and procedures.
  • Contribute to IT projects aimed at enhancing the end-user experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or technical certifications preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a tier 1 IT helpdesk role.
  • Experience with provisioning, monitoring, and supporting Mac and Chromebook devices.
  • Familiarity with SaaS tools such as Okta, Google Workspace Admin, and Slack.
  • Hands-on experience with MDM and SSO, as well as endpoint security.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, SOC 2, or ISO 27001 in regulated industries is a plus.
