We are seeking a Revenue Operations Lead to optimize Prolific’s revenue systems with HubSpot as the core platform. This role is crucial in ensuring clean and scalable workflows across sales, renewals, expansions, and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and optimize Prolific’s revenue systems with HubSpot at the core.
  • Ensure clean and scalable workflows across sales, renewals, expansions, and services.
  • Collaborate with BI, Marketing Ops, and RevOps on system boundaries and data contracts.
  • Support Sales and Customer Success teams across New York and San Francisco to improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Shape Prolific’s AI revenue engine at scale.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Commercial Ops in a high-growth tech environment.
  • Hands-on ownership and scaling of HubSpot.
  • Deep understanding of sales motions, renewals, forecasting, and pipeline health.
  • Comfort with BI data, data models, and reporting.
  • Experience with tools such as Jiminny, Customer.io, Census, Metabase; SQL fluency required.
  • Ability to work remotely with US East Coast hours.
