The Principal GTM Systems Manager is responsible for the administration, configuration, and health of core revenue systems such as CRM, sales engagement tools, CPQ, and data tools. This role translates revenue process requirements into effective system workflows, automation, and integrations while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams to support go-to-market initiatives and system changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage core revenue systems ensuring data quality, system governance, and compliance with RevOps standards.
  • Translate revenue process requirements into system workflows and integrations.
  • Lead the implementation of new quote systems, including requirements gathering and process optimization.
  • Act as a primary interface between business units and Business Systems teams to ensure alignment on requirements and priorities.
  • Evaluate and implement new tools to enhance revenue efficiency and scalability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8-10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Business Systems in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong experience with Quote-to-Cash and CPQ initiatives; migration experience is a plus.
  • Deep Salesforce experience; CPQ exposure strongly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
