The Senior Manager, Revenue Systems will oversee the design, integration, and governance of go-to-market (GTM) systems. This role involves leading Salesforce administration and ensuring data integrity across various tools while building and evolving the GTM systems roadmap to achieve revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end GTM systems design and integration.
  • Lead Salesforce administration and ensure data integrity across CRM, CPQ, MAP, and other tools.
  • Build and evolve the GTM systems roadmap to drive revenue goals.
  • Implement automation, AI workflows, and internal tooling on the GTM stack.
  • Manage vendor relationships and tool procurement in Revenue Operations.
  • Drive system performance, uptime, and data quality for revenue teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, systems administration, or sales operations in B2B SaaS.
  • Salesforce ADM 201 certification required; Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder preferred.
  • Deep experience in Salesforce configuration, including Flows, approvals, objects, and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with DealHub CPQ or comparable CPQ solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of GTM systems and Salesforce integrations with Apollo, HubSpot, and Gong.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Experience in a remote-first culture with a focus on autonomy and asynchronous communication.
