We are seeking a Senior Analyst for Sales Strategy & Operations in the AMER Commercial sector. This role will focus on providing trusted advisor support for various sales operational functions including forecasting, territory planning, and quota setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support annual planning through analyses of bookings, headcount, and pipeline.
  • Lead regular business reviews and initiate projects to address performance gaps.
  • Streamline reporting processes and KPIs; produce reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Sales Rules of Engagement for effective account mapping.
  • Audit Accounts and Opportunities reporting to identify issues and enhance processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Five+ years of experience; at least 3 years in analytics within Sales Operations, Consulting, Finance, or Planning.
  • Proficient understanding of the SaaS business model and GTM Sales metrics.
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to clarify issues, structure problems, and translate requirements into actionable plans.
  • Familiarity with GTM tech stack including Salesforce, Anaplan, People.ai, and Clari; eagerness to learn.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SQL knowledge is a plus.
