We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to lead and grow a remote SLED sales team. The ideal candidate will focus on winning logos, expanding core accounts, and shaping the SLED go-to-market (GTM) motion. This role requires expertise in navigating complex enterprise deals and influencing product and strategy for government and AI roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and grow a remote SLED sales team.
  • Develop GTM strategies and drive playbooks for direct and partner channels.
  • Engage in complex enterprise sales processes, including procurement, contracting, and compliance.
  • Provide feedback to influence product and strategy related to government and AI initiatives.
  • Coach team members on MEDDPICC methodology and account planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8-12+ years of experience in higher education or public sector enterprise sales in SaaS.
  • Proven track record in scaling vertical GTM strategies and leading high-performing teams.
  • Familiarity with public procurement pathways and contracting models.
  • Strong executive relationships across higher education and state/local agencies.
  • Passionate about coaching and developing talent within a mission-aligned culture.
