The Employer Partnerships Manager for the Southeast region will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy focusing on Labor, Union, and Employer partners. This position requires building and managing relationships with key stakeholders including Labor, Union, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) providers, and HR leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop go-to-market strategy for Labor, Union, and Employer partners.
  • Build and manage relationships with Labor, Union, EAP stakeholders, and HR leaders.
  • Conduct cold outreach and host educational meetings to raise awareness.
  • Engage in in-person field outreach 3-4 days a week with employer partners.
  • Identify barriers to care and collaborate with EAP providers.
  • Design tailored outreach for HR teams and employee resource groups.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Must reside in Florida or Georgia.
  • 5-8+ years proven sales experience; KPIs a plus.
  • Experience working with unions, employers, and EAPs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment; highly self-initiated and driven.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a consultative approach.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel regionally.
