As the Employer Partnerships Manager for the Pacific Northwest (PNW), you will be responsible for developing and implementing a go-to-market strategy focused on Labor, Union, and Employer partners. You will build and manage relationships with key stakeholders including Labor, Union, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) leaders, and HR professionals. Your role will involve outreach and field engagement to enhance Charlie Health's resources and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for Labor, Union, and Employer partners.
  • Build and manage relationships with Labor, Union, EAP stakeholders, and HR leaders.
  • Conduct cold outreach, host meetings, and present Charlie Health resources.
  • Lead in-person field outreach 3-4 days a week with employer stakeholders.
  • Identify barriers to care in corporate settings and collaborate with EAPs to address them.
  • Design and implement outreach strategies for HR teams, wellness coordinators, and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Must reside in Washington, Oregon, Montana, or Idaho.
  • 5-8+ years of proven sales experience, with KPI ownership as a plus.
  • Experience selling to unions, employers, and EAPs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment; self-initiated and results-driven.
  • Willingness to travel regionally with reliable transport and a valid driver's license.
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative skills with partners.
