The Head of Customer AI Transformation will play a pivotal role in evolving our customer success team to maximize the consumption of AI products. This position involves creating an ROI-validated AI use case library and facilitating seat-to-AI conversions throughout the renewal process. The individual will also lead the transformation of service delivery for the AI era and manage targeted proofs of concept with strategic clients. As a product liaison, you will address AI product issues while collaborating closely with senior tech leaders to align AI initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evolve the customer success team to drive consumption of AI products.
  • Develop an ROI-validated AI use case library.
  • Enable seat-to-AI conversion across the renewal motion.
  • Transform services delivery for the AI era.
  • Run initial targeted proofs of concept with strategic customers.
  • Act as an escalation hub and product liaison for AI product issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8+ years in leadership roles in customer success, services, revenue operations, product, or tech consulting with enterprise SaaS experience.
  • Proven track record in transforming internal teams and redesigning operational processes.
  • Deep understanding of post-sales processes including customer success, renewals, and services.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to build consensus with senior tech leaders.
  • Fluency in AI, generative AI, AI workflow design, and enterprise AI platforms.
