As an Executive Talent Partner at Partner 22, you will play a pivotal role in building out the GA Talent Network. You will engage, assess, and coach talent while hosting events to connect with industry leaders. This position requires you to be the go-to adviser for the HiPo network and to provide guidance to stakeholders in hiring world-class management teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and expand the GA Talent Network.
  • Engage, assess, and coach top talent.
  • Host events to connect talent with industry leaders.
  • Act as an adviser for the HiPo network, providing guidance to stakeholders.
  • Counsel on hiring practices to build world-class management teams and expedite the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with Portfolio and Search Firm Partners to strengthen relationships.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for G&A leaders.
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with Founders, CEOs, and executives.
  • Experience in building a diverse talent network.
  • Strong experience with director and manager-level talent, along with familiarity with search firms.
  • Established network in the technology sector with knowledge of compensation trends.
  • Self-starter with mental agility, capable of managing a fast-paced workload.
  • Exceptional written communication skills.
