We are seeking an experienced Agency Growth Strategist to develop and implement growth strategies for our agency partners. This role involves identifying new client opportunities, managing commercial agreements, and fostering advocacy for Smartly's offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute an agency growth plan to boost spend and usage.
  • Identify and close new client opportunities to expand reach.
  • Negotiate and manage commercial agreements for mutual growth.
  • Build programs to increase understanding and advocacy for Smartly.
  • Serve as the primary contact and main liaison for agency leadership and partnerships.
  • Articulate Smartly's full suite of media, intelligence, and creative offerings.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 7+ years in marketing, advertising, consulting, or media sales with a proven growth track record.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to distill insights and adapt strategies.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with an understanding of the agency ecosystem and client challenges.
  • Deep business acumen and knowledge of the agency landscape and drivers.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional initiatives.
  • Familiarity with digital ad technologies, platforms, and measurement.
  • Strategic vision for growth via agencies and Smartly’s role.
  • Willingness to work from the Chicago office 3 days a week.
