As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager to lead and motivate the team, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager in team leadership and motivation.
  • Serve as Manager on Duty, providing strong customer service.
  • Educate guests on products to promote brand loyalty.
  • Oversee store operations including shifts, scheduling, and cash handling.
  • Monitor inventory, ordering, stock levels, and losses.
  • Travel to other locations for training and coverage (10-25% of the time).
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 1+ year retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • 1+ year retail supervisory experience.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to measure success via financial targets.
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
  • Experience in a heavily regulated industry.
