As an Assistant Store Manager, you will lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while meeting financial targets.   • Drive selling behaviors aligned with brand culture to build customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with store management to achieve financial targets.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador and support the overall store strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 1+ year of retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • 1+ year of retail supervisory experience.
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends.
  • Experience in a heavily regulated industry.
