The Expansion Account Executive will be responsible for executing full-cycle sales strategies to enhance revenue from existing clients. This role involves collaborating with the Customer Success team to identify new buyers within client organizations and delivering consultative demos focused on AI and automation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute full-cycle sales to expand revenue from existing clients.
  • Map organizational hierarchies with Customer Success to identify and reach new buyers.
  • Deliver consultative AI/automation-focused demos with a focus on business outcomes.
  • Manage complex deals using the MEDDPICC framework for accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Leverage Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach to optimize sales outreach processes.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance the modern buying experience for clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS or professional services sales experience.
  • Experience in expanding accounts and navigating large organizational structures.
  • Proficiency in MEDDPICC, Sandler, or Challenger sales methodologies.
  • Expertise in CRM and sales-engagement tools, specifically Salesforce and Gong.
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools to automate administrative tasks.
  • Experience in building business cases and MAPs (Metrics, Activities, and Processes).
