Job Overview
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients throughout the onboarding process.
  • Facilitate smooth account activations and address client needs in both Spanish and English.
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships through effective communication and consistent follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an exceptional client experience from sales to account management.
  • Document all client interactions and progress using Salesforce and other cloud-based tools.
Key Responsibilities
  • Introduce yourself to clients as their dedicated onboarding contact prior to account activation.
  • Collect required documentation and facilitate timely account activations.
  • Log all communications and client journey milestones in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate closely with account executives, onboarders, and account managers.
  • Escalate issues and communicate user experiences to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
  • Minimum 4 years of B2B sales or customer service experience.
  • Proficiency with cloud computing platforms; Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and eager to learn new technologies.
