As the VP of Partnerships, you will design and lead a multi-year roadmap for referral growth across various partnership verticals in the healthcare sector. This role entails mentoring a high-performing team, identifying new partnerships, and managing community engagement initiatives to drive referral volume. You'll be instrumental in building operational infrastructure and aligning with cross-functional teams to ensure clinical and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and own the multi-year referral growth roadmap across all partnership verticals.
  • Lead the identification and structuring of new partnerships with health centers, pharma organizations, and hospital systems.
  • Mentor a high-performing team to expand capabilities supporting partnership growth.
  • Oversee food vendor partnerships and marketplace strategy to drive referral volume.
  • Manage a field team responsible for community engagement and enrollment drives.
  • Develop and manage distribution and channel partnerships to access new member populations.
  • Build operational infrastructure, including CRM-based pipeline and performance tracking systems.
  • Align with cross-functional teams to ensure partnership structures meet clinical and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 12+ years in strategic partnerships or business development, with experience in healthcare or health-adjacent sectors.
  • 5+ years of management experience in growing and scaling teams.
  • Familiarity with the SDOH ecosystem, including FQHCs and community health workers.
  • Proven ability in navigating institutional healthcare partnerships and non-traditional partners.
  • Track record of building partnership ecosystems with measurable outcomes.
  • Operational capability in pipeline management and performance reviews.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's, MBA, or MPH preferred.
