We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to co-own the GTM systems roadmap with Business Ops across various platforms including Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and billing. The ideal candidate will lead requirements gathering and backlog management, serving as the primary liaison across Global Field Org, Marketing Ops, Finance, Legal, and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-own the GTM systems roadmap with Business Ops.
  • Lead requirements gathering and backlog management for Salesforce, billing, CLM, and marketing.
  • Serve as the primary liaison across multiple departments.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into BRDs, user stories, and data mappings.
  • Lead business analysis including current-state, process mapping, gap IDs, UAT, and acceptance testing.
  • Drive complex programs such as M&A GTM integrations and Salesforce-to-billing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8+ years as Product Manager or Senior BSA owning GTM/revenue ops in B2B.
  • Deep Salesforce CRM and CPQ experience; lead-to-cash process design.
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or equivalent customer support platforms.
  • Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, BRD/story writing, and UAT facilitation skills.
  • Product mindset with user-centric design and metrics-driven decisions.
  • Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional backlogs with strong prioritization skills.
