The organization is seeking a deeply curious, strategically minded Product Manager to help shape the future of its enterprise Salesforce environment. This role sits at the intersection of business operations, technology, and human experience, driving how students, faculty, and staff are supported through a unified, modern CRM ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary product owner for Salesforce Student Experience and Case Management solutions.
  • Engage stakeholders to understand needs, processes, and pain points.
  • Facilitate collaborative design workshops and JAD sessions.
  • Develop future-state vision, roadmaps, and product strategies.
  • Write high-quality user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with Salesforce architects and developers to align solutions with best practices.
  • Lead omnichannel case management initiatives.
  • Ensure a seamless, user-centered experience.
  • Promote AI tools to enhance productivity and delivery.
  • Monitor success metrics and continuously improve functionality and UX.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of product management, business analysis, or CRM solution experience.
  • Strong Salesforce knowledge, especially Service Cloud, Case Management, and omnichannel.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and gathering requirements.
  • Ability to write structured, developer-ready user stories.
  • Understanding of business processes, data, UX, and technical architecture.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort using AI-powered tools for efficiency.
