We are seeking a Senior Partner Manager to build and grow executive and field-level relationships with key existing ISV and technology partners. This role involves identifying opportunities to expand partnerships through new integrations, developing joint business plans, and recruiting new partners aligned to strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with ISV and technology partners.
  • Identify opportunities for partnership expansion through integrations and joint use cases.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans that align with mutual growth objectives.
  • Recruit and onboard new ISV and technology partners.
  • Contribute to the development of the Outreach MCP Marketplace by sourcing and activating partners.
  • Define partnership value propositions and integration strategies.
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through coordinated sales plays.
  • Enable Outreach sales teams to effectively engage with partners.
  • Collaborate on go-to-market initiatives and campaigns.
  • Track partner-driven pipeline and revenue metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in partner management within IT or technology.
  • Proven track record of driving partner-led customer engagements.
  • Experience in managing and expanding ISV partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, including Salesforce.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
