As a Senior Customer Success Manager for the Federal sector at Okta, you will play a crucial role in advising government clients on how to align Okta solutions with their objectives. Reporting to the Regional Manager for Public Sector, you will lead customer success plans, navigate complex government processes, and ensure compliance with regulations. This position requires collaboration with various internal teams and a deep understanding of government requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise customers on aligning Okta solutions with government objectives.
  • Lead customer success plans and executive alignment with customers.
  • Navigate government processes, regulations, and compliance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Engineering, and Product teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, account management, or consulting with federal agencies (SaaS).
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and growth.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to develop executive stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of government regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, especially with C-level executives.
