The Senior Customer Success Manager will lead post-sales engagement across key accounts to drive adoption, ensuring customer satisfaction and value delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead post-sales engagement across key accounts to drive adoption.
  • Drive renewals and growth in partnership with Sales.
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships spanning technical and strategic management.
  • Collaborate with Sales on renewals and upsells for key accounts.
  • Coordinate with Support and Services to ensure positive customer experiences.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 6+ years in customer success, management consulting, or account management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ).
  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals.
  • Experience with Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Arista, Fortinet.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel roughly 20-30%.
  • SaaS experience and/or network operations or support.
