Job Overview
  • Lead and scale sales operations for two businesses in the virtual receptionist and recruitment industries.
  • Manage and grow a sales team, currently at six members.
  • Oversee 25-55 scheduled sales calls per day.
  • Drive a metrics-driven culture focused on pipeline health and sales performance.
  • Champion a competitive, results-oriented team environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coach, train, and hold the sales team accountable for daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs such as show rates, close rates, and overall pipeline health.
  • Implement strategies to improve sales performance and exceed targets.
  • Facilitate daily training sessions and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with leadership to scale the team and support business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing sales teams and driving high performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in sales metrics and data-driven decision making.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and motivate team members without micromanagement.
  • Track record of successfully scaling sales teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in virtual or remote sales management is a plus.
