Key Responsibilities
  • Convert incoming prospects into leads through high-volume follow-up.
  • Answer inbound inquiries from web chat and call centers.
  • Follow up on missed or after-hours calls.
  • Reach prospective sellers via text, email, and phone.
  • Set appointments for Real Estate Consultants.
  • Audit leads to ensure timely follow-up.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in high-volume inbound/outbound calling.
  • Experience in following up leads to qualify.
  • Experience with consumers/homeowners (preferred).
  • Experience in the real estate industry (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
