Join our growing team as an Inside Sales Specialist / Lead Manager in the Real Estate sector. In this fully remote position, you will play a pivotal role in converting inbound prospects into leads through high-volume pre-sales activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Convert inbound prospects into leads via high-volume pre-sales.
  • Follow up on new leads consistently, including after-hours.
  • Utilize text, email, and phone communication to engage prospective sellers.
  • Set appointments for Real Estate Consultants.
  • Audit leads for timely follow-up.
  • Provide general sales support as required.
  • Engage in lead qualification by following up on leads.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a high-volume inbound/outbound call environment.
  • Experience with consumers/homeowners is preferred.
  • Experience in the real estate sector is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced sales atmosphere.
