The Inside Sales/Lead Manager is responsible for converting incoming prospects into leads in a high-volume pre-sales environment. This position involves consistent follow-up with new leads and requires excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound inquiries and prospect calls from web chat and call centers.
  • Execute aggressive follow-up on after-hours or missed calls.
  • Utilize multiple methods of contact (text messaging, emails, phone calls) to reach prospective sellers.
  • Set appointments for Real Estate Consultants to continue the sales process.
  • Audit leads to ensure they’re followed up on appropriately.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a high-volume inbound/outbound call environment.
  • Experience in following up on leads to begin the lead qualification process.
  • Experience working with consumers/homeowners (preferred).
  • Experience in real estate (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
