Join our dynamic team as an Inside Sales Specialist / Lead Manager in the real estate sector. In this fully remote role, you will play a crucial part in converting incoming prospects into qualified leads while maintaining a high-volume pre-sales environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Convert incoming prospects into leads.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with new leads.
  • Answer inbound inquiries via web chat and call centers.
  • Set appointments for Real Estate Consultants.
  • Audit leads to ensure proper follow-up and follow up on aged leads.
  • Initiate the lead qualification process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a high-volume inbound/outbound call environment.
  • Experience with consumers/homeowners (preferred).
  • Experience in real estate (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
