We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist / Lead Manager to join our dynamic real estate team. This fully remote position focuses on converting inbound prospects into leads while providing exceptional customer service in a high-volume pre-sales role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Convert inbound prospects into leads effectively.
  • Answer inquiries and prospect calls from web chat and call centers.
  • Perform aggressive follow-up on after-hours or missed calls.
  • Utilize multiple contact methods (text, email, calls) to reach sellers.
  • Set appointments for Real Estate Consultants to continue the sales process.
  • Audit leads to ensure timely follow-up.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in high-volume inbound/outbound call environments.
  • Experience in following up on leads for lead qualification.
  • Experience with homeowners/consumers is preferred.
  • Real estate experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
