As a Real Estate Acquisition Consultant for House Buyers of America, you will play a crucial role in helping clients buy homes. This position involves following up on leads, closing deals, and performing extensive property evaluations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Value properties, analyze comps, estimate repairs, and calculate ARV.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on acquisitions and prepare contracts.
  • Meet homeowners to present offers on their properties.
  • Coordinate with realtors, lenders, and title companies during the closing process.
  • Engage in remote work with occasional in-person meetings with prospects and clients.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 4+ years of sales experience.
  • Consistently ranked in the top 10% of sales staff.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Proven record of quota achievement through phone sales.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.
