As an Account Executive in Commercial Services, you will play a pivotal role in building and managing a premium property pipeline across North America. This position focuses on driving new CSS agreements through proactive outreach while prioritizing targets that lack revenue management or have direct-book gaps.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a pipeline of premium properties in North America.
  • Drive 7–10 new CSS agreements per month through proactive outreach.
  • Prioritize targets lacking revenue management or direct-book gaps.
  • Integrate generative AI tools to streamline lead generation and outreach.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce records, pipeline hygiene, and forecasting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of sales experience in hospitality tech, SaaS, or hotel operations.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel revenue management and distribution.
  • Proven high-velocity closing skills and ability to manage a large pipeline.
  • Excellent discovery and consultative selling skills.
  • Self-starter with CRM discipline; Salesforce preferred.
  • Tech-savvy with AI workflows.
  • Comfortable navigating multi-stakeholder deals in high-touch environments.
