As a Sr. Partner Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying and recruiting Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to enhance our partner-sourced pipeline and revenue. You will lead high-level partner strategies and go-to-market initiatives in collaboration with AvePoint, focusing on developing innovative co-marketing initiatives to drive product adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and recruit MSPs to build a partner-sourced pipeline.
  • Lead partner strategy and go-to-market initiatives with AvePoint.
  • Develop and implement co-marketing initiatives with MSPs.
  • Design scalable partner models and GTM strategies for growth.
  • Manage high-touch partner relationships to ensure mutual growth.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional teams to align GTM and enablement.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 7+ years in partner development, sales, or strategic business development.
  • Experience with MSPs or SaaS is preferred.
  • Strong communication and executive relationship management skills.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Expertise in end-to-end partner enablement and GTM execution.
  • Ability to build and present business cases with partners.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
