As the Partner Commercial Programs Lead, you will design and manage the partner commercial framework across various channels and geographies. This role involves defining incentive structures, eligibility criteria, rules of engagement, and deal protection strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and own the partner commercial framework across channels and geographies.
  • Define incentive structures, eligibility, rules of engagement, and deal protection.
  • Run quarterly incentive governance: validate thresholds, resolve disputes, determine payouts.
  • Adjudicate channel conflicts and contested deal registrations; evolve criteria.
  • Govern partner investment programs (MDF, co-investment) and deployment.
  • Track bilateral obligations and trigger cure/escalation when commitments slip.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 12+ years in partner operations, channel operations, commercial strategy, deal desk, or pricing with multi-channel ownership.
  • Hands-on experience in MDF or co-investment program management.
  • Track record of running incentive governance cadence with sales and partners.
  • Commercial and legal fluency: ability to draft terms, rebates, and discount frameworks.
  • Ability to scale exception handling with documented criteria.
  • Comfort operating as a global individual contributor across time zones; occasional travel required.
