Oddball is seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Generalist to join our remote team. As a high-end boutique development shop, we pride ourselves on our unique approach to delivering quality services. This is a full-time position that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals.
  • Provide support to employees and management on HR-related inquiries.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
