We are seeking a Senior People Business Partner to lead our HR initiatives across the Americas, specifically in Canada, Brazil, Mexico, and the United States. This role is crucial in providing guidance and data-driven insights that foster growth and culture within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic guidance to leadership on HR initiatives, focusing on culture and engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to drive initiatives and resolve blockers.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to improve HR processes and organizational effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with regional employment laws and best practices.
  • Exercise discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential information.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • Strong understanding of regional employment laws across the Americas.
  • Proven track record of partnering with leaders to enhance culture and employee engagement.
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence (EQ) and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Suite, Confluence, and BambooHR.
  • Experience in fast-growth or start-up environments preferred.
