We are seeking a Head of Partner Success to build and lead our Partner Success team from the ground up. This role involves hiring the first managers, defining the operating system, and managing a portfolio of partners to set a benchmark for our engagement standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead the Partner Success team, including hiring and onboarding.
  • Manage a portfolio of partners to establish reference implementations.
  • Determine which partners receive the team's focus and define criteria for entry and graduation.
  • Design engagement models for proactive and reactive engagement.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with partners to drive adoption and industry positioning.
  • Facilitate scalable enablement and alignment on Claude capabilities across partner engagements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 6-10 years of experience in software/cloud partner firms, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience building or scaling a partner-facing team from scratch.
  • Deep understanding of partner success in a usage-based business model.
  • Strong commercial instincts regarding partner selection and co-investment funding.
  • Experience in scalable partner enablement or a willingness to learn.
  • Technical fluency for participation in architecture reviews and discussions on Claude usage.
