Requirements & Qualifications
  • Must be 21+ years old.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer-facing or sales experience.
  • 1 year of POS and cash handling experience.
  • At least 6 months of leadership experience in retail.
  • 6+ months of store operations experience, including opening/closing and cash reconciliation.
  • Familiarity with SOPs, safety protocols, and loss prevention.
