The Market Development Manager for Nevada will play a crucial role in expanding territory and fostering partner growth within the automotive sector. This position requires a hands-on leader who is adept at building strong relationships with dealerships and guiding a team of Dealership Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead territory expansion and partner growth initiatives.
  • Hire and coach Dealership Account Managers.
  • Strengthen high-touch dealership relationships.
  • Model best-in-class selling and field execution.
  • Translate field insights into actionable market strategies.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, credit, and internal sales teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years in automotive lending, F&I, indirect auto, or dealership partnerships.
  • 2+ years of experience leading or developing a field sales team.
  • Proven track record of expanding territories and enhancing dealer production.
  • Strong dealership relationships and local market credibility.
  • Hands-on leader with a coaching approach in the field.
  • CRM experience with Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Able to analyze volume trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel; six-day work week and in-person visits required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
