You will also research local market and industry trends to effectively market exclusive listings to qualified buyers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business through client outreach and cold calling.
  • Advise clients on property valuation, acquisitions, and dispositions.
  • Prepare analyses of properties, including BOV and market comparables.
  • Research local market and industry trends.
  • Market exclusive listings to qualified buyers.
  • Negotiate exclusive listings, Letters of Intent (LOIs), and Purchase & Sales Agreements.
  • Work collaboratively within a synergistic team environment.
  • Maintain a high level of personal responsibility and integrity.
  • Demonstrate resilience and creative problem-solving skills.
