Job Overview

At HackerRank, we are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Enterprise Account Executive to join our team remotely in India. This full-time position involves consulting and advising customers through the buying journey, with a focus on prioritizing skills over pedigree in tech hiring.

Responsibilities

Formulate BoB strategy to retain and grow business
Create and execute Account Plans for all accounts
Drive new business in target accounts or segments
Engage with internal teams and customers for execution
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements & Qualifications

8-15 years of Account Management and/or SaaS platform sales experience
Experience working with Fortune 100 Companies
Proven success in selling to VP/C Level
Ability to own the sales process end-to-end
Traits: Grit, Results Oriented, Collaboration, Curious, Organized, Relationship Builder
