As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will establish a vision and plan to generate net new logo pipeline, consistently deliver Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets to support 40% Year over Year (YoY) growth, and develop sales strategies to generate pipeline and bookings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Land and expand enterprise accounts across your region.
  • Build relationships across the client organization and articulate business value.
  • Champion Okta through presentations, site visits, and product demos.
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet ARR targets.
  • Utilize partners, channels, and alliances to meet quota.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8+ years of direct field sales experience selling enterprise cloud software.
  • Experience selling complex enterprise software solutions (cloud, security, analytics).
  • Measurable track record in new business development and exceeding targets.
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling; MEDDIC/Challenger methodology is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA is a plus or equivalent experience.
