The Credit & Collections Manager will oversee accounts receivable exceeding $2 billion, ensuring timely collections and optimal cash flow. The role involves conducting credit risk reviews for both new and existing customers, managing outsourced collections teams located in Costa Rica and Poland, and handling escalations and disputes, including negotiating payment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee accounts receivable of more than $2B and drive cash flow efficiency.
  • Conduct credit risk assessments for new and existing clients in Salesforce.
  • Manage outsourced collections teams in Costa Rica and Poland.
  • Address escalations and disputes while negotiating payment plans.
  • Design AR metrics and present findings to executive leadership.
  • Lead month-end close processes and conduct A/R analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Credit & Collections.
  • 3+ years of experience managing large portfolios.
  • Experience in leading distributed and outsourced teams across time zones.
  • Proficient in Salesforce for credit approvals and workflows.
  • Strong financial acumen with knowledge of SOX controls and risk assessment.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to build dashboards.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools is a plus.
